Anyone found to be selling will be permanently barred from the Forum and Rochdale Online reserve the right to demand payment of an invoice for the amount of £100 per item sold - legal action may be taken to enforce payment of the invoice and the proceeds will be donated to a local charity.

All recipients must undertake not to sell on any items sourced from the FREEuse forum

Goods offered must be leagl and appropriate for all ages. This means, for example, no Alcohol, Tobacco, Guns or Drugs, legal or otherwise.

Arrange collection as you like. It is up to each individual when arranging collection of the item being given away to be appropriately aware of the potential risk of having a stranger call at your house to collect something. Rochdale Online assumes no responsibility for this risk.

You use the forum at your own risk. Please take reasonable measures to protect your safety and privacy when posting. You agree to hold neither Rochdale Online, the moderators nor anyone affiliated with Rochdale Online responsible or liable for any circumstance resulting from a FREEuse related exchange or communication.
